1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of bigdream.ventures (the “site”), run by Big Dream Ventures B.V., Keizersgracht 482, 1017 EG Amsterdam, the Netherlands, KvK 63338149. By using the site you accept them.
2. What the site is for
The site gives general information about Big Dream Ventures and its businesses. Nothing on it is an offer, a recommendation or financial, legal or tax advice. We keep the information accurate and up to date, but figures and product details can change and we don't guarantee they're complete at any given moment.
3. Our businesses
Cryptorefills, Koomalooma, Speedysim, Atomicrails and Cryptorefills Labs each run on their own site under their own terms and privacy policy. When you buy from or sign up with one of them, those terms apply, not these.
4. Intellectual property
The names, logos, text and design on this site belong to Big Dream Ventures B.V. or to the parties that licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, and journalists may quote the site with attribution. Any other use needs our written permission.
5. Using the site fairly
When you use the site, you agree not to:
- break the law or help someone else to
- interfere with the site, its security or other people's use of it
- send us false information, spam or harmful content through the contact form
6. Links to other sites
The site links to our businesses and to third parties such as news outlets. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we don't run.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for loss or damage that results from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Dutch law.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
